The Crane Marketing Department represents you, the client, in the insurance marketplace. We research the market and identify the carriers with suitable products to meet your needs, both on a personal and business basis. Whether you are a commercial business client or an individual with a personal need for automobile and homeowner coverage, Crane has the relationships in place with the carriers and the ability to identify your exposures and design an insurance program to benefit you.

SPECIAL ACCOUNTS

Large accounts need the special expertise of our Special Accounts Department. Here we develop some of the more sophisticated programs such as alternative risk financing methods, loss sensitive cash flow programs, and self insurance funding mechanisms.

BOND DEPARTMENT

This department develops and implements innovative bond programs to address the needs of the Surety and Fidelity accounts. Much time is spent investigating and utilizing new products and trends to the advantage of our insureds.

CASUALTY LOSS CONTROL CONSULTING

Our loss control representatives work to reduce the frequency and severity of your claims by developing new loss control programs or improving your existing systems. This department will aid your efforts to control hazards, reduce accidents and provide training for employees.

PROPERTY LOSS CONTROL CONSULTING

Our property engineer is a specialist in identifying and reducing the frequency and severity of property losses. The engineer reviews construction plans, inspects buildings and provides recommendations on fire protection methods. The department is trained in hazardous material analysis and is able to evaluate extinguishing systems. These and many other services are available to benefit our clients. These skills are essential in reducing and controlling your property insurance rates.

CLAIMS CONSULTING

As claims occur, we will assist you in securing prompt and satisfactory settlements by working in partnership with you and your insurer. Our claims specialist will aid you in managing larger claims and monitoring reserves and claim payments. This ultimately results in savings to you, the client.
