The SAFECO
system will allow you to get a quick quote on term life insurance with
just your zip code, age and smoking information. Quotes for 10, 15
and 20 year level term periods will be provided. The premiums are
quoted using a Preferred rate class. Final determination of rate
class is based on medical underwriting completed after you submit your
application. A SAFECO representative will contact you to schedule a
medical exam at your home or office. If you decide to apply, you will need to provide the
following information:

SAFECO
has a very unique offer for online customers. They will provide
Temporary Life Insurance effective upon application. In other words,
you can have your coverage in place today! It is available if the
policy amount you are applying for is $1,000,000 or less. The
maximum coverage provided under the Temporary Life Insurance agreement is
$250,000. There are two simple questions which must both be answered
"No" in order to qualify.

you been hospitalized in the last 90 days?

In
the past two years have you been treated for heart attack, stroke,
coronary artery disease, cancer, alcohol, drugs or AIDS/ARC?
Otherwise,
all you need to do is complete the application and make your first premium
payment. Coverage under the Agreement will end when the actual life
insurance policy is issued, the date a policy is offered to you or after
